At Newmova, we stand behind the quality and fit of every piece. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals (if applicable) still attached. Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Please note that sale and final clearance items are not eligible for refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We currently do not offer prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping and must retain a valid tracking number for reference. Please include your full name and order number inside the return package.
